KUSANAGI 8 based on CentOS 7 will no longer be updated on June 30, 2024, as CentOS 7 will no longer be supported by the community on June 30, 2024.
KUSANAGI 9 on CentOS Stream 8 will no longer be updated on May 31, 2024, as CentOS Stream 8 will no longer be supported by the community on May 31, 2024.
Please refer to the respective platform information for the end of availability of KUSANAGI 8 and KUSANAGI 9 on CentOS Stream 8 on each platform where KUSANAGI is available.
The KUSANAGI 8 and KUSANAGI 9 on CentOS Stream 8 that are already in use can be used as they are since the RPM repositories of each KUSANAGI will remain for the time being.
However, CentOS 7 will not be supported by the community after June 30, 2024 and CentOS Stream 8 after May 31, 2024. The RPM repository of KUSANAGI will not be updated after June 30, 2024 for KUSANAGI 8 and after May 31, 2024 for KUSANAGI 9 on CentOS Stream 8.
Therefore, from a security perspective, please consider migrating to KUSANAGI 9 on AlmaLinux OS 8 / AlmaLinux OS 9 as soon as possible.
How to check and migrate KUSANAGI 8
