KUSANAGI 9 Module Update

KUSANAGI 9 modules have been updated.
The updated modules are as follows:

openssl	3.1.2-1	This update includes support for vulnerability(CVE-2023-3446,CVE-2023-3817,CVE-2023-3446,CVE-2023-2975).

The module update can be applied with the following command:

# dnf upgrade

After updating, restart KUSANAGI 9 with the following command.

# kusanagi restart
