KUSANAGI 9 update has been released.

- Changed kusanagi remove command so that profiles cannot be removed when the DB used by the profile is not enabled.
- Ruby support is obsoleted.
In kusanagi init command, --ruby26 and --ruby is obsoleted.
kusanagi ruby command is obsoleted.
- Changed Zabbix installed by kusanagi addon install command to 6.0 LTS.
