KUSANAGI update 8.6.7-1

KUSANAGI update has been released.

Deprecate --dbversion 10.1 option in kusanagi init command.

Note that community support for MariaDB 10.1 has already ended in October 2020.
If you still use MariaDB 10.1, we recommend to migratate to 10.3 or 10.5.
You can migrate with kusanagi upgrade mariadb command.

You can update to the latest version by execute command showing below:

 # yum update -y
