KUSANAGI 9 update 9.1.1-1.el8

KUSANAGI 9 update has been released.

For enableing/disabling DoS attack prevention, ratelimit command is added.
If you have provisioned with kusanagi 9.1.0 or earlier, you can still enable DoS attack prevention by ratelimit command.
If you provision with kusanagi 9.1.1 or later, DoS attack prevention is enabled by default.
DoS attack prevention is only available when used with nginx.

This feature requires kusanagi-nginx120-1.20.2-3.el8 or later, or kusanagi-nginx121-1.21.5-2.el8 or later.

The module update can be applied with the following command:
